Open to both kids and adults. Let’s see who can make the biggest and littlest splash.
9:30 Adult Lake Swim [Sign up below]
Swim from the dam to the diving boards. Each swimmer must have a boater alongside them for the entire swim. The boater must be at least 13 years old.
11:00 Bake-off Drop-off Deadline
Adult and child categories. Just drop off your entry with your name and category in the clubhouse kitchen. If your item needs to be refrigerated, please leave a note that your item is in the refrigerator. Judging takes place at 3:00pm.
11:00 Eleventh Annual Kid’s Triathlon – Swim, Bike, Run [Sign up below]
Sign up by Friday at 8:00pm. Kids must be at the lake by 10:00am Saturday to register. The 5 and 6-year old participants do not leave the Cupsaw property. Our 7 and 8-year old participants must have a responsible adult on the course with them. All participants must have a shirt to wear during the race to pin their number. All riders, including adults, must wear helmets. The Kid’s Triathlon is only open to Cupsaw Lake members. There will be adults along the course to guide, encourage and help if needed. All Cupsaw Lake members (adults and kids) are encouraged to participate in all the events. Guests are welcome to participate but will not be considered a winner.

Please form teams with a minimum of 6 players prior to Saturday night. All teams must have at least 2 women. Teams may not have more than two non-Cupsaw Lake members. All players must be college-age and older.

Volleyball teams should have 6-7 players. A teen is considered to be between an incoming 8th grader and an incoming high school senior. Only one non-Cupsaw Lake member is allowed per team.

Eleventh Annual Kid’s Triathalon
Saturday, August 7
5/6 year olds: shallow end swim to rope, bike 2 laps around the parking lot circle, run 1 lap
7/8 year olds: 25-meter swim, 1-mile bike, ½ mile run (Cupsaw Dr, Duffy Rd, Kraft Pl, Walker Dr)
9/10 year olds: 50-meter swim, 2-mile bike, ½ mile run (Cupsaw Dr, Duffy Rd, Kraft Pl, Walker Dr)
11/12 year olds: 50-meter swim, 2-mile bike, 1-mile run (Cupsaw Dr, Duffy Rd, Kraft Pl, Walker Dr)
13/14 year olds: 100-meter swim, 3-mile bike, 1-mile run (Cupsaw Dr, Duffy Rd, Kraft Pl, Walker Dr)
ALL participants must wear a bike helmet on the course, including adults. NO EXCEPTIONS
All participants 7 and 8 years old must have an adult accompany them on the bike and run. NO EXCEPTIONS
All participants must be at the lake at 10:00am to pick up their number, set up their bikes, and get the race instructions. The race will start promptly at 11:00am sharp! All participants need a shirt to pin their number on.

** Each 1-mile loop is the entire loop as shown in the image. Participants enter the parking lot to turn around for the next loop (2 miles=2 loops, 3 miles=3 loops)**
**The ½ mile loop turns around at the corner of Walker & Kraft, shortly after turning onto Kraft. It will be clearly marked**

- RIGHT on Kraft Place (*1/2 mile runners will turn around at intersection of Kraft & Walker)
- LEFT on Hare and continue LEFT on Walker Drive
- RIGHT on Kraft

- LEFT on Cupsaw
- RIGHT into Cupsaw Lake parking lot
